Enabling Autocomplete
To enable autocomplete for Internet Explorer 6, open up "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu and select the "Content" tab. Click the "Autocomplete" button. Check the boxes next to "Web addresses", "Forms", and "User names and passwords". Click OK, then click it again on the "Internet Options" menu.
To enable autocomplete for Firefox, open up "Options" under the "Tools" menu and press the "Privacy" button on top. Select the "Saved Forms" tab. Check the box, then click OK.
To enable autocomplete for Netscape Navigator 7, open up "Preferences" under the "Edit" menu and open the "Forms" subcategory under "Privacy and Security". Check the box next to "Save form data from web pages when completing forms". Click OK.
Enabling Cookies
To enable cookies for Internet Explorer 6, open up "Internet Options" under the "Tools" menu and select the "Privacy" tab. Make sure the slider is on any value other than "Block all cookies" and hit OK.
To enable cookies for Firefox, open up "Options" under the "Tools" menu and press the "Privacy" button on top. Select the "Cookies" tab. Check the box that says "Allow sites to set cookies", then click OK.
To enable cookies for Netscape Navigator 7, open up "Preferences" under the "Edit" menu and open the "Cookies" subcategory under "Privacy and Security". Select one of the options that say "Enable cookies". Click OK. |
