When looking at the major survey sites out there, it's easy to find many similarities. For example, they all compensate you for your time, most of the time even if you don't qualify for a particular survey. Many of them reward you for getting your friends to sign up, and some of them even give you a little something just for becoming a member yourself. However, just because they have similar features doesn't mean they handle them all the same way. As a result, I've put together some pages detailing the sites that do the best job in a certain area.
Getting paid for taking the surveys is nice, but getting paid just for joining is even better. There are sites out there actually do this: you sign up and fill out your profile(s) or take a short introductory survey and get points or cash in return. The best of these sites is Your2Cents which gives you $5 just for filling out your profiles. The catch is that the bonus is applied to future surveys in $1 increments, so you have to take surveys to actually get any of it. For example, you just signed up and have $5 in bonus cash in your account. You take a survey that normally pays $2, but when you finish it you get $3 instead and the bonus amount in your account is now $4.
